Questions families ask us
Does the AI change the faces?
No — that is the one thing we refuse to do. We only repair the damage around and across a face: a scratch, a stain, a crack. Each restored face is compared with the original, and you always also receive a version where the faces are exactly the original ones.
Are my photos private? Are they deleted?
Yes. Your photos are used only to restore them for you. They are never shown publicly, never sold and never used to train AI, and they are deleted within 30 days after delivery.
How long does it take?
A person checks every photo before it reaches you, so it is not instant. We will give you a firm delay when we open.
Which formats can I send?
JPEG, PNG or WebP. A scan at 600 dpi or more gives the best result, but a sharp phone photo taken in daylight works well too.
What if I don't like the result?
You see a free preview before paying. And if a restored photo still doesn't suit you, just tell us: we give the credit back.
Why no subscription?
Because most families restore photos once in a while — a box found in the attic, an anniversary, a family tree. Paying every month for that makes no sense. You buy credits when you need them, and they never expire.
